VI_International_Symposium on_almonds_and_pistachios
On behalf of the of the International Society for Horticultural Almedra Variedad XXXScience (ISHS) and the Spanish National Research Council (CEBAS-CSIC), is our privilege to invite you to attend the VI International Symposium on Almonds and Pistachios, which will be held in Murcia (Spain), from 27 to 31 May 2013.
Murcia is located in the Southeast of Spain and it is surrounded by a fertile area near the Mediterranean Sea. The city is undergoing an economic expansion based on tourism and the agro-products industries, a fact that makes it the ideal choice for the Symposium. Murcia has a wide variety of monuments and museums related to its history. Among them, it is worth mentioning the Cathedral, the University with a baroque facade and a beautiful renaissance courtyard, and the Casino from the XIX century with artistic courtyards and a majestic Louis XV ballroom.
